Steven Geter has served as Chief Operating Officer of Insight since 2020, leading the organization’s operational strategy, performance infrastructure, and organizational culture. With a professional foundation in education, administration, and coaching, Steven brings a systems-driven approach to leadership—one that emphasizes accountability, clarity, and operational excellence.

As COO, Steven oversees Insight’s daily operations, drives process optimization across all departments, and ensures alignment with long-term strategic goals. His leadership has been instrumental in building a resilient, high-performance culture and in implementing streamlined procedures that enhance efficiency, compliance, and client outcomes.

Steven is also a Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer (CACO), providing Insight with expert oversight in regulatory standards, compliance integrity, and industry best practices within the EMS revenue cycle environment.

Vicki is a lifelong Louisiana resident, a 1998 graduate of Louisiana State University of Shreveport with a specialization in Human Resources and Training. She further studied at LSU Baton Rouge and completed study in Fundamentals of Management. Vicki came to Insight after fourteen years of business management, nine of which were at the senior management level.

Prior to assuming her senior management position at Insight, she completed a lengthy management career at Horseshoe Casino and Hotel in Bossier City, Louisiana, where she was the Director of Guest Services and Special Project Manager. Prior to that Promotion, She Served as Training/Quality Assurance Manager at Horseshoe, a position she held since 2002. Vicki has six years’ experience managing large group of employees. At one time, she was responsible for 1200 employees, in a company that grew rapidly. She is chiefly responsible for the operations of the entire claims process at Insight, from hiring and training employees, to ensuring they are performing at maximum efficiency and overseeing the Claims Billing, Posting and Follow-up Departments.

Carol Burns Young serves as the Billing Manager at Insight Billing Corporation, where she oversees the billing team and supports operational excellence across multiple billing specialties. A resident of Bossier Parish, Carol brings nearly three decades of healthcare billing experience and a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.

Carol began her career in healthcare billing in 1998, gaining experience in mental health and transportation billing before transitioning to ambulance billing with Aeromedical Collection Services in 2003. She joined Insight Billing Corporation in 2016 and has since worked in every major billing capacity, including ambulance, physician, and facility billing, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the revenue cycle.

As Billing Manager, Carol oversees the billing team, coordinates the onboarding and credentialing of new providers, and partners with billing supervisors to identify trends, resolve issues, and ensure billing accuracy through ongoing training and support. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on leadership help drive efficiency and maintain high standards across the organization.

Carol earned her degree in Criminal Justice from Bossier Parish Community College and holds a Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer (CACO) certification. Although her academic background is in criminal justice, she discovered a passion for healthcare billing early in her career and has dedicated herself to the field ever since.
